The Attendees report shows who came to your events, one day at a time.
Open it
Go to Calendar → Reports. Attendees is the first tab. Use the filters at the top to pick a period, an attendee type and an event.
What you'll see
One card per day that had attendance, with the date and the number of events that day.
One block per event, with the event name and the total, for example 48 people in total.
Three columns of names, each with a count:
Members
Kids: children, whether they're members or visitors
Visitors: shows as Visitors · 2 new when first-time visitors came
A First visit badge next to visitors who checked in for the very first time. These are the people to welcome and follow up with.
The report shows 10 days per page.
Headcounts in this report
If your team recorded a headcount for an occurrence, the total uses the headcount and shows a Headcount badge. A headcount usually includes people who didn't check in.
If an occurrence has a headcount but nobody checked in, it shows Headcount only.
With Only members or Only visitors, headcounts are left out and only the matching check-ins are counted.
⚠️ Note: The total can be higher than the number of names listed. That happens when a headcount was recorded, or when a registration covered more than one person (for example, a family registered as 4).
Export it
Click Export and choose PDF or Excel file (CSV). The export includes every day in the period, not just the current page.
