Yes, a single gift can be split across more than one fund. This works both on your public giving page and when an admin records a gift by hand.

When a giver is filling out your giving page, they can click Add Fund to switch into Multiple Funds Mode. This opens a Fund Allocations list where each row has its own Amount and Fund, so one gift can be divided however they like, for example part to General and part to Missions.

To go back to a single-fund gift, they just click Switch to single fund.

When you record a gift yourself, open the Add giving modal and click Add another giving. Each new row is a separate line with its own Fund, Date, Method, and Amount, and they all save together, each row posting to its own fund.
