This article explains how online giving fees work in Gracely and which rates you can choose from.
There are no extra monthly fees for using online giving — you only pay a small processing fee on each donation. The fee is configurable by your church, so you choose the rate that fits you.
The default fee
By default, online giving uses a fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.
Available fee tiers
You can switch to any of the following one-time transaction tiers:

For recurring donations, you can add a small extra recurring fee of 0.5% or 0.7% per transaction.
💡 Tip: If your church is a registered nonprofit, you may qualify for a lower Stripe rate. See How to apply for Stripe's Nonprofit Program for your church, then select the matching tier in Gracely.
⚠️ Note: The fee tiers apply regardless of the donor's payment method — there are no separate rates for cards, bank transfers, or wallets. To change your tier, see How to adjust online giving fees.
Stripe and PayPal
Gracely supports both Stripe and PayPal as payment processors. The fee tiers above are configured in Gracely for your giving funds; PayPal also applies its own processing fees on its side. See Stripe vs PayPal: which payment processor should my church use? for the difference.
Donors can optionally choose to cover the payment fees at checkout, so your church receives the full intended gift.
