How to add, edit, or delete in-person giving

Track cash, checks, or other offline donations made during services or church events.

Add an In-Person Giving Entry

  1. Navigate to the Giving section in the left-hand menu.

  2. Click the Add giving button.

  3. In the popup:

    • Type the donor’s name (or select from existing members).

    • Choose the fund, date, and giving method (Cash, Card, Check, Envelope, or Direct Deposit).

    • Enter the amount and any optional comments or identifiers (like check/card number).

  4. (Optional) Click + Add another giving to log multiple donations at once.

  5. Click Add Giving to save.

Edit an In-Person Giving Entry

  1. In the Giving table, locate the donation you'd like to update.

  2. Click the three dots (•••) next to it and select Show donation details.

  3. In the sidebar, click Edit details.

  4. Make any changes needed (fund, method, amount, etc.).

  5. Click Save Details.

Delete an In-Person Giving Entry

  1. In the Giving table, click the three dots (•••) beside the donation.

  2. Choose Delete.

  3. Confirm the deletion in the popup. The record will be permanently removed from your system.
