The Member Directory helps members connect with one another (when your church has it enabled).
The directory has two tabs:
Members — search and browse individual members. Search by name, email, or phone, and click a member card to expand it and see their available contact details.
Families — browse member families.
Why some details are hidden
Each member chooses what to share. If someone has turned off their photo, email, phone, or address, that detail simply won't appear on their card — and the matching action won't show either (for example, no email shown means no way to email them from the directory). This is normal and expected.
Controlling your own visibility
You manage what others see about you separately from this screen. The web portal doesn't have visibility toggles, so set your preferences in the My Gracely mobile app (Profile → Edit details), or ask your church staff to update them for you. See Member privacy and the church directory for details.
💡 Tip: If you see "Directory Not Available," your church hasn't turned on the member directory yet — reach out to your church administrator.
