This article walks you through everything you can do in My Gracely once you're connected to your church.
Getting started
Log in by entering the email your church has on file. You'll get a 6-digit code by email, enter it, and you're in. No password needed.
Finding your way around
The app has five tabs along the bottom:
Home — your dashboard and church announcements.
Give — make a donation.
Calendar — upcoming events.
Chat — message your groups.
More — everything else (see below).
Tap More to reach:
My Family, My Giving, My Groups, My Attendance, My Forms (your personal records)
Groups, Member Directory, Announcements, Forms
Your Profile (tap your name/photo at the top)
What you can do
Give to your church
Choose an amount and a fund (for example General, Missions, Tithes).
Pick one-time or recurring.
Optionally cover the processing fee.
See and join events
Browse the Calendar tab.
Tap an event for time, location, and details.
Register for free events or buy tickets for paid ones.
Manage your profile
Open More, tap your name, then edit your details.
Update your name, email, phone, birthday, gender, photo, and more.
💡 Tip — control what others see about you: On the edit-profile screen there are toggles labeled "Allow other church members to see my photo / email / contact number / address in the member directory." Everything is shared by default, switch off anything you'd rather keep private. See "Controlling your privacy in the My Gracely app."
My Family
View household members and your family's giving, attendance, and form submissions.
Member Directory
Open More → Member Directory.
Switch between Members, Families, and Birthdays.
Tap a person to Call, SMS, Email, or open a Map, when they've chosen to share that detail.
Chat
Tap the Chat tab to message the groups you're part of.
Group chats appear automatically. If you don't see any, you're not yet in a group with chat, ask your church about joining one.
Fill out forms
Open More → Forms for prayer requests, registrations, volunteer signups, and more.
View your past submissions under My Forms.
Groups
See the groups you belong to, their leaders, and members.
Read announcements
Find them on Home and under More → Announcements.
Download the app
iPhone
Open the App Store.
Search for "My Gracely".
Tap Get or Download.
Open the app and enter your email to connect to your church.
Android
Open the Google Play Store.
Search for "My Gracely".
Tap Install.
Open the app and log in with your email.
