How It Works
When a member enters their email in the app, Gracely automatically searches for a matching record in your church database.
If it finds a match, the app connects that person to your church and sends a login code.
Why This Matters
If the email is not found in your church database, the app can’t link the person to your church.
If a different church has that same email (very rare), the app will link to that church too, so they need to select in which church you want to get access.
Best Practice
Always make sure every member has a unique, correct email address in their profile.
If a family shares a device, each person still needs their own email if they want separate access.
