Gracely gives your church two member-facing experiences: the Church Portal (a website) and the My Gracely app (a mobile app). They share the same data, but they're built for different moments. Here's how to tell them apart.
The Church Portal (website)
The Church Portal is your church's public website, opened in any web browser. Anyone can visit the public pages — no login needed — to:
Learn about your church, watch livestreams, and read announcements
Browse and join groups
Register for events
Give online
Submit forms
Members can also log in on the portal to access members-only areas like the member directory and their own giving history. You design and manage the portal in Portal Studio.
The My Gracely app (mobile)
My Gracely is the free mobile app for members, available on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). After logging in, members get a more personal, on-the-go experience with bottom tabs for Home, Give, Calendar, Chat, and More. The More menu holds Groups, Member Directory, Announcements, Forms, My Family, My Giving, My Groups, My Attendance, and My Forms.
The app also includes features the web portal doesn't, such as in-app chat and personal privacy controls for the member directory (members can choose whether their photo, email, phone, and address are visible to other members).

⚠️ Note: The web portal does not yet have personal directory-privacy toggles. Members who want to change what others see should use the My Gracely app, or ask a church admin to update it for them.
