Logging In

Q: How do I log in to the My Gracely app?

Just enter the email your church has on file for you. You’ll receive a one-time verification code in your inbox -no password required. Enter the code and you’re in!

Q: I didn’t receive the login code. What should I do?

  • Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.

  • Make sure your email is spelled correctly.

  • Tap “Resend Code” if needed.

  • If you still don’t receive it, contact your church to confirm your email is correct in their system.

Q: It says it can’t find my account. What now?

Make sure you’re using the exact email address your church has in their records. If you’re unsure, reach out to your church staff, they can help update it.

Q: Where can I download the app?

Q: Is there a cost to use the app?

No, the app is completely free for members of churches using Gracely.

Giving

Q: Can I give to my church through the app?

Yes! You can make one-time or recurring donations, choose a fund, and even cover processing fees to help your church save money.

Q: How can I see what I’ve given?

Go to the “Giving” section to view your giving history by fund or date. You’ll see totals for online and offline giving.

Q: Can I manage recurring gifts?

Yes. Tap on Recurring Gifts in the Giving section to view your contributions.

Events & Forms

Q: Can I register for events in the app?

Absolutely. You can view upcoming events, see details, and buy tickets (if the event is paid) right from the Calendar section.

Q: Where do I find forms like prayer requests or registrations?

Tap “More” in the menu, then go to Forms. You’ll find any open forms your church has made available and can submit them directly from your phone.

Profile & Family

Q: Can I update my contact information?

Yes. Go to your Profile, where you can edit your name, birthday, phone number, email, and more.

Q: Can I see my family’s activity too?

Yes! Under the My Family section, you can view household members, giving history, attendance, and form submissions for your entire family.

Communication & Groups

Q: How do I read announcements from my church?

Church announcements are visible on your Home Dashboard and under the Announcements tab. You’ll see both recent and pinned messages.

Q: Can I see which church groups I’m part of?

Yes. Go to the Groups tab to view all groups you belong to, the leaders, and the number of participants.

Technical Issues

Q: The app won’t open or keeps crashing. What should I do?

  • Close and reopen the app.

  • Make sure you’re connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data.

  • Check for updates in your App Store or Play Store.

  • Delete and reinstall the app.
