Requirements to Use the App
To log in and access the My Gracely app:
You must be in your church’s Gracely member database.
This means your church staff has added you as a person in their Gracely system.Your profile must include a valid email address.
The app uses your email to match you with your church and verify your identity.
What Happens If These Steps Aren’t Met?
you're not yet in the database, the app won’t be able to find your account.
If you’re in the system but don’t have an email attached, you won’t receive a login code.
If the email was entered incorrectly (e.g. a typo), your login will fail.
What You Can Do
Contact your church staff and ask them to confirm:
You’ve been added as a person
Your email is spelled correctly and attached to your profile
Once it’s set up, try logging in again using the same email
