Gracely Accounting comes with four reports. Together they answer the three questions every board asks: what came in, what went out, and what's left.
All reports live under Accounting → Reports. Pick a date range, filter what you need, and export to share.
Income Statement
What came in and what went out over a period, grouped by category. This is the report for your monthly board meeting. Your accountant may call it a Statement of Activities. Same report.
Fund Balance Summary
How much each fund holds right now, and how it changed over the period. This is the one that shows the Building Fund is on track and Missions has what it needs.
Balance Sheet
What the church owns and owes at a single point in time. Bank balances, cash, and any loans or cards, all in one view. Your accountant may call it a Statement of Financial Position.
Transaction Detail
Every single entry in the period, filterable by account, fund, category, or payee. Use it when someone asks "what exactly did we spend on the youth retreat?"
