Your top navigation menu and footer frame every page of your public Church Portal. In Portal Studio you can decide which pages appear in the menu, how they're ordered, and what shows in your footer — contact details, a welcome message, and links to your social channels. This guide walks through both.
Opening Navigation & Footer
Open Portal Studio from your admin dashboard.
Go to the Navigation & Footer tab.
Click Edit Navigation to open the editor.
A live preview sits at the top of the editor. You can click an element right in the preview to edit it, or use the two tabs — Top Menu and Footer — to work through each section.
Top Menu
The Top Menu tab controls the navigation bar at the top of your portal.
Navigation Layout — choose how your menu is arranged: Classic, Centered, Split, or Modern.
Navigation Pages — this is the list of pages in your menu. For each page you can:
Drag to reorder the pages into the sequence you want.
Choose an icon to display alongside the page.
Edit the label — the text visitors see.
Use the eye toggle to show or hide a page in the menu.
When you're happy with your menu, click Save Navigation.
Footer
The Footer tab controls the section at the bottom of every page.
Footer Layout — choose the arrangement: Centered, Columns, Simple, or Banner.
Footer Text — a rich-text message or Bible verse shown on every page.
Contact Information — your address, phone, and email. These are pulled from your church profile. Toggle each one on or off, and drag to reorder them.
Social Links — add links to your channels (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more) with the Add Link button. You can reorder them, toggle each one's visibility, or delete it.
When your footer looks right, click Save Footer.
💡 Note: Your contact details come from your church profile settings, not this editor. If your address, phone, or email is wrong here, update it in your church profile and it will update in the footer too.
