Three of the most-loved parts of your church portal — a donation form, an events calendar, and a photo gallery — are all set up right inside Church Portal Studio. This guide walks you through adding and styling each one so your portal feels like your church. The Giving widget
The Giving widget is your online donation form. Everything here controls how that form looks and reads — your funds, gifts, and payouts are still managed over in the Giving area.
In Church Portal Studio, find the Giving Widget section and click Edit Giving Widget. You'll see these settings:
Header & Branding — set the title, a welcome message, and your brand, background, and text colors.
Form Layout — adjust corner and button roundness, label position, and spacing.
Text & Buttons — fine-tune font sizes and the submit button text.
Giving Options — turn on Show Preset Amounts, choose which Payment Frequency options appear (One Time, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly), show a fee breakdown, and add a notes field for givers.
Confirmation Messages — write what givers see after a successful gift.
Embed & Sharing — grab a copy-paste embed code and a direct link so you can put the giving form on any website.
When everything looks right, click Save Changes.

The Calendar widget
The Calendar widget shows your church events right on the portal so members can see what's coming up.
In the Calendar Widget section, click Edit Calendar Widget. You'll find two groups of settings:
View Settings — pick the Default View (Month, Week, Day, or List) and a separate Mobile Default View, and toggle Show Weekends, Show Navigation Controls, Show "Today" Button, and Enable Event Popups.
Color & Style — choose your Primary Color and Calendar Background, set Event Corner Roundness, and turn Show Grid Lines on or off.
Click Save Changes when you're done.
The Gallery
The Gallery lets you share photos that appear on your portal homepage and inside the Gallery content block.
In the Gallery section, click Manage Gallery. From there:
Click Upload new to add photos.
Hover over any photo to edit its label or delete it.
