This article shows you how to give donors preset amounts plus the option to enter their own custom amount.
Step 1: Open the Giving Widget
From the Portal Studio (the /website builder), open the Giving Widget tab.
The Live Preview on the right shows how your form will look to donors.
Step 2: Turn on preset amounts
Find the Giving Options card.
Turn on the Show Preset Amounts toggle. Its hint reads "Display quick-select buttons for $10, $20, $50."
The live preview immediately shows the preset buttons plus an Other option.
The Other option lets donors enter a custom donation amount.
Step 3: Save your changes
Click Save Changes in the top-right corner (or press Ctrl/Cmd + S).
Your giving form will now show the preset buttons and allow donors to type in their own amount.
