This article shows you how to act on many people at once from the People list, so you can message, organize, or clean up your database in a few clicks.
Select the people you want
Go to People from the left sidebar.
Use the checkboxes next to each person to select them.
A bulk actions toolbar appears at the top of the list.
To work with everyone, click Select all members. You can then deselect individual people if needed, and the toolbar keeps an accurate count of who's included.
đĄ Tip: Apply filters or a search first, then Select all members to act only on the matching people, for example all visitors or everyone in one city.
What you can do in bulk
With people selected, the toolbar gives you these actions:
Send Emails â compose one email and send it to everyone selected. Only people with an email address receive it.
Send SMS â send a text message to everyone selected who has a phone number. SMS uses your message credits.
Add to group â add all selected people to one or more groups at once.
Mark as Visitors â flag the selected people as visitors.
Remove Visitor Status â switch the selected people back to regular members.
Delete â permanently remove the selected people from your database.
Deleting in bulk
Select the people you want to remove.
Click Delete in the toolbar.
Review the count in the confirmation message and confirm.
â ď¸ Note: Bulk delete is permanent and cannot be undone. If you only want to take people out of your active list while keeping their history, archive them one at a time from each profile or from the row's three dots (âŻ) menu instead.
Tips
Use filters to build precise groups before selecting.
Sending email or SMS to a large group may take a few minutes.
Bulk emails respect unsubscribe preferences, and SMS only goes to people with a valid phone number.
