Sending a Text Message to One or More People
To send an SMS to a single person:
Go to People
From the left-hand menu, click on People.Click the Actions Menu
Find the person you want to message. On the far right, click the three-dot menu⋯.Choose Send SMS
Click Send SMS from the dropdown options.Compose Your Message
The recipient's name will appear in the To field.
Type your message in the text box (160 characters max).
You can choose to Send immediately or Schedule for later.
To send an SMS to multiple people:
Go to People
From the left-hand menu, click on People.Select People
Use the checkboxes to select the members you want to text. You can also click Select all members at the top.Click Send SMS
A new option bar will appear. Click the Send SMS button.Compose Your Message
You’ll see how many people you've selected in the To field.
Type your message (160 characters max).
Choose Send immediately or Schedule for later.
