Step-by-Step Troubleshooting
1. Check if the person exists in your People list
Go to People in Gracely.
Search by name or email to confirm they’re added.
2. Confirm the correct email is attached
Make sure their email address is:
Present
Spelled correctly
Unique (not shared with another profile)
3. Fix any typos or formatting issues
No extra spaces
No capital letters in the domain (e.g.,
@Gmail.Com
→@gmail.com
)Must be a real email (not blank or fake)
Common Messages & Fixes
“We can’t find your account” → Email not in the database
No login code received → Email might be missing or incorrect
Code not working → Try resending and check spam folders
After Fixing It
Once the profile is correct:
Ask the member to re-open the app and try logging in again.
If needed, have them delete and reinstall the app.
