Can a visitor log in without being added to Gracely?
No. Only people who exist in your Gracely system (with a valid email) can log in to the mobile app.
How to Allow a Visitor to Use the App
You have two options:
Manually add them to your People database and include their email.
Ask them to fill out a digital form (e.g. a Visitor Connect Card), and once submitted, their info is saved and accessible.
Once they’re in your database with an email, they can log in immediately using the app.
Visitors can still check in to events, no app needed
First-time visitors don't need the app or an account to check in. When they scan your event's fast check-in QR code, they enter their name and email on their phone's browser and they're checked in. Gracely adds them to People as a visitor at the same time, with the email they gave, so they can log in to My Gracely straight away if they want to. Tip
Put your event's fast check-in QR code on the welcome table, the slides or the chairs. First-time visitors check themselves in and are added to Gracely in one step, so you can follow up with them during the week.
