Yes! While Gracely doesn’t have a built-in “Sacraments” module yet, you can easily track sacraments like Baptism, Confirmation, Marriage, or First Communion using custom fields
How do I set up sacrament tracking?
Step 1: Go to My Church > Church Settings
Navigate to your settings from the sidebar.
Step 2: Click on Custom Fields
This section allows you to define your own fields that appear in each member’s profile.
Step 3: Create Custom Fields for Each Sacrament
Click + Add Custom Field, and enter:
Field Name: e.g., Baptized?, Date of Baptism, Confirmed?, Marriage Date
Field Type: Use checkboxes, date fields, or dropdowns depending on the data you want to track.
✔️ Checkbox: For Yes/No (e.g., Baptized?)
📅 Date: For sacrament dates (e.g., Confirmation Date)
⬇️ Dropdown: For options like Infant Baptism, Adult Baptism
Step 4: Save and Apply
Once saved, these fields will now appear on each person’s profile, under the “Custom Fields” section.

Once you've added custom fields:
Go to the People page.
Use the Advanced Filters to search by sacrament fields.
