Yes! Every profile already has a built-in Baptism date, and you can track other sacraments like Confirmation, Marriage, or First Communion using custom fields (called Extra Fields in Church Settings).
Baptism is built in
Open a person’s profile and edit the Personal details section to set their Baptism date. It shows on the profile as Baptized at, and you can filter People by it.
How do I set up tracking for other sacraments?
Step 1: Open Church Settings
Click Church Settings at the bottom of the left sidebar.

Step 2: Click Extra Fields
This tab lets you add your own fields to every member’s profile.
Step 3: Create a field for each sacrament
Under Add New Field, enter:
Display Label: e.g., Confirmation Date, First Communion Date, Marriage Date, Confirmed?
Field Type: pick the type that fits the data you want to track.
📅 Date: for sacrament dates (e.g., Confirmation Date)
⬇️ Multiple Choice: for Yes/No (enter Yes and No as options, one per line) or a list like Infant Baptism, Adult Baptism
📝 Text Area: for longer notes (e.g., Sacrament Notes)
Show on member profile (Church Portal): tick this only if members should see the field on their own portal profile.
Then click Add Field.
In Church Settings, ① open Extra Fields. ② Display Label ③ Field Type (Date here; use Multiple Choice for Yes/No or a list of options) ④ Add Field.
💡 Tip: The field types are Text, Email, Phone, Date, Multiple Choice and Text Area. There’s no checkbox type, so use Multiple Choice for Yes/No. A field’s type can’t be changed after it’s created (you can still edit its label, options and placeholder).
Step 4: Fill in the fields
Your new fields appear on each person’s profile, in the Custom Fields section. Edit that section to fill them in.

How can I search by sacraments?
On the People page:
Click Advance filters.
Use the built-in Baptism date filter, or your sacrament fields, which are listed at the bottom.
Click Apply filters.
Example: everyone baptized in 2025, or everyone whose Confirmed? field is No.
In Advance filters on the People page: ① Baptism date is built in. ② Your extra fields are listed at the bottom. ③ Apply filters.
