You don't have to send everything the moment you write it. Gracely lets you schedule emails, texts, and announcements to go out at a future date and time.
Scheduling an email
Compose your email anywhere it's offered — Communications → Emails in the left-hand menu, the People section, or a group.
Add your recipients, subject, and message.
Instead of clicking Send, open the Send dropdown and choose Schedule for later.
Pick a date and time, then confirm. Your email moves to your scheduled list and goes out automatically.
Scheduling a text message
Compose your SMS from Communications → SMS in the left-hand menu, the People section, or a group.
Add recipients and your message. A message can be up to 10 SMS long: 160 characters fit in one SMS, and 153 per SMS once it's split. The composer shows the count and the credits needed.
Open the Send dropdown and choose Schedule for later.
Choose a date and time and confirm.
💡 Tip: For SMS, credits are used when the message actually sends, so make sure you'll have enough credits on the scheduled date.
Scheduling an announcement
In Communications → Announcements, start a new announcement and write it.
Turn on the Schedule for later toggle.
Pick a date and time, then click Schedule post.
You can edit a scheduled announcement anytime — use Update schedule to change the timing, or Publish now to send it early.
Managing what you've scheduled
Each page (Emails, SMS, Announcements) in the Communication Hub lists your scheduled items alongside sent ones. From there you can review them, and for announcements you can reschedule, publish early, or cancel.
