The Events & Calendar screen keeps members up to date on everything happening at your church.
At the top, quick stats show how many events are happening This Week and This Month, plus the Next Event.
List view and calendar view
Use the List and Calendar buttons (top right) to switch views:
List shows each upcoming event as a card with date, time, location, and a short description.
Calendar shows events on a month grid.
Filtering the list
In list view, use the filter tabs to focus the list:
All Upcoming
This Week
This Month
Opening an event and saving it
Click an event to open its full event page in a new tab.
Click the calendar (+) button on an event to Add to Calendar — this opens Google Calendar prefilled with the event's name, date/time, location, and description.
💡 Tip: Event times are shown in your church's time zone, so what you see matches what's announced at services.
