Setting Up Label Printing for Child Check-In

To print child check-in labels through Gracely, you must first install the correct driver for your label printer.

Without the driver, your computer or device wonโ€™t recognize the printer and label printing will not work.

Please follow the steps below for your specific printer model to ensure everything is set up properly.

Brother Label Printers โ€“ Download Drivers First

Before printing labels with your Brother printer, download and install the driver for your specific model:

How to Install:

  1. Click the link above for your printer model.

  2. Select your operating system (e.g., Windows 10, macOS).

  3. Download the Printer Driver from Drivers section.

  4. Open the file and follow the installation instructions.

Once installed, your printer should be available when printing child check-in labels in Gracely.

Have a different Brother model?

No problem! You can search and download drivers for any Brother label printer from the Brother Support site: Visit Brother Support

๐Ÿ“ Tip: Type your printer model in the search box (e.g., โ€œQL-700โ€), select it, and go to the Downloads tab. Choose your operating system and install the Printer Driver.

DYMO Label Printers โ€“ Install Before You Print

If youโ€™re using a DYMO printer, you must also install the DYMO driver for your device to work correctly with Gracely.

How to Install:

  1. On the DYMO compatibility page, search for your printer model.

  2. Click your model to view downloads.

  3. Select your operating system and download the DYMO Connect software or LabelWriter driver, depending on your printer.

  4. Follow the installation instructions.
