Before you can print labels for secure child check-in, your computer or device needs the right printer driver. Without it, your device won’t recognize the printer and labels won’t print. Follow the steps below for your printer model.

Brother label printers — download drivers first
Download and install the driver for your specific model:
How to install:
Click the link for your printer model.
Select your operating system (for example, Windows 10 or macOS).
Download the Printer Driver from the Drivers section.
Open the file and follow the installation instructions.
Once installed, your printer will be available when you print secure child check-in labels in Gracely.
Have a different Brother model?
Search for any Brother label printer on the Brother Support site. Type your model (for example, “QL-700”), open the Downloads tab, choose your operating system, and install the Printer Driver.
DYMO label printers — install before you print
If you’re using a DYMO printer, install the DYMO driver so it works correctly with Gracely.
Visit the DYMO compatibility and support page.
Search for your printer model and open it to view downloads.
Select your operating system and download the DYMO Connect software or LabelWriter driver, depending on your printer.
Follow the installation instructions.
