FAQ

What if my label size isn’t available in the options?
Choose the closest match or create a custom size (59 × 101 mm for DYMO / 62 × 100 mm for Brother).

Why does my label print like it’s on A4 paper?
Double-check that the correct label roll is selected and that Landscape orientation is applied.

Do I need special software?
Yes. Use the DYMO Connect App (DYMO printers) or Brother iPrint&Label App (Brother printers) to manage settings and test print.
