Members have a few easy ways to reach your Church Portal:
The portal link your church shares — by email, text, announcement, or on your website.
Your custom domain, if your church has connected one.
The My Gracely app for iOS and Android.
Signing in is passwordless: a member enters their email and receives a 6-digit code to log in. A Remember Me option keeps them signed in.
⚠️ Note: Members log in with an email that's already on file in your People list. If someone can't get in, add them in People first.
