Create a New Person
Navigate to the People tab on the left sidebar.
Click the Create new button at the top.
Choose Create New, Add Multiple, or Import People:
Create New: Fill in the name, email, gender, and age group in the pop-up window. Click Add person to save.
Add Multiple: Quickly add several people by typing basic info for each. Click Submit Members to save.
Import People: Upload a
.csv
or.xlsx
file with your people records. Follow the instructions to format your file correctly.
Edit a Person’s Details
From the People list, click the three dots next to a person's name and select Go to profile.
Use the Edit buttons beside each section (e.g. personal info, contact info) to update details.
Don’t forget to Save your changes when you're done.
Delete a Person
In the People list, click the three-dot menu next to the person you want to remove.
Select Delete.
Confirm the deletion. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
💡 Tip: If a person is part of a group or family, make sure to manage those associations before deleting.
