How to access Account Defaults
Go to Church Settings
Open the Defaults tab
Default Person Settings
Use these settings to standardize new profiles.
Default Pronouns
Enable to pre-fill pronouns for new people
You can still edit pronouns later on each person
Gender Options
Choose which gender options appear on profiles, from a basic set up to a fuller list
Age Groups
Enable or disable the age groups your church uses
Pick a default age group for new profiles
Localization Settings
These apply across giving, events, forms, and reports.
Default Currency
Select the main currency for your account. Used across online giving, funds, events, and forms
Currency Format
Choose how amounts are formatted for that currency (for example, en-US shows $1,234.56)
Default Timezone
Applied across events, reminders, calendar views, and email or SMS scheduling
Communication Settings
Default Country Code (phone prefix)
Automatically applied when you add phone numbers
Save your changes
Click Save Settings at the bottom of the page to apply all updates.
