Add and Manage Rooms
Rooms let you assign specific spaces to events and limit attendance based on capacity.
Add a New Room
Go to Church Settings → Rooms tab.
Click Add Room.
Fill in:
Room Name (e.g., Fellowship Hall, Youth Room)
Description (optional)
Capacity (maximum number of attendees)
Setup style (e.g., Fellowship Tables, Classroom Style)
Click Save.
Why Use Rooms?
Avoid overbookings by assigning rooms to events.
Automatically limit attendance based on room capacity.
Keep event logistics clear for everyone on your team.
Add and Manage Resources
Resources are shared items like microphones, projectors, or chairs that you can track and assign to events.
Add a New Resource
Go to Church Settings → Resources tab.
Click Add Resource.
Enter:
Name (e.g., Microphones, Sound System)
Description (optional)
Quantity Available
Check Requires Approval if you want resource requests to be approved by an admin.
Click Save.

Keep track of who’s using shared equipment.
Prevent conflicts or shortages during overlapping events.
