Managing Appointment Bookings

Once you've created an appointment type, you can view and manage all the bookings directly from within that appointment.

Where to Find Bookings

  1. Go to Appointments from the main menu.

  2. Click on any appointment type (e.g., "Talk with Pastor John").

  3. Inside the appointment view, click the "Bookings" tab at the top.

What You Can See

In the Bookings tab, you'll find a list of all scheduled sessions. Each booking shows:

  • Date & Time

  • Name of the person who booked

  • Email

  • Phone

  • Notes (added by the user during booking)

  • Actions menu (3 dots)

Tip: You can sort by date or scan for upcoming appointments quickly.

Actions You Can Take

  • Preview: See what the appointment looks like for users.

  • Share: Get a public booking link to send out.

  • Cancel a Booking:

    • Click the 3 dots (•••) next to the booking.

    • Select Cancel booking to remove it from the schedule.

Canceling a booking does not delete the entire appointment type — it only affects that individual session.

Delete the Appointment Type

If you need to delete the whole appointment (including all future bookings):

  • Click "Delete appointment" in red below the details section.

  • This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Best Practices

  • Use the notes section to track pastoral needs or session goals.

  • Cancel early if you’re unavailable so members have time to reschedule.

  • Keep the list clean by removing past test bookings or canceled ones.
