How to submit a form through the church portal

You can easily submit forms provided by your church like registration, prayer requests or volunteer sign-ups directly from the Church Portal

Submitting a Form on the Church Portal

  1. Navigate to the Forms Page
    From the top navigation menu of the Church Portal, click on Forms.

  2. Choose the Form You Want to Submit
    You’ll see a list of available forms such as Member Registration, Prayer Request, Volunteer Signup, and more. Click on the Submit Now button next to the form you’d like to complete.

  3. Fill Out the Form
    Provide all the required details. The fields will vary depending on the type of form (e.g., name, email, interests, comments).

  4. Submit the Form
    After filling out the form, scroll to the bottom and click Submit.

  5. Confirmation
    Once submitted, you’ll see a confirmation message that says,
    "Thank you for your submission!"


    The church team will follow up if needed.
