When you sign up for Gracely, we give you 10 free SMS credits to help you explore the feature. These initial credits let you test out sending messages and see how SMS can benefit your church.

Once you activate your SMS account, you’ll receive 100 free SMS credits as a welcome gift. This ensures you have enough credits to start meaningful communication with your congregation right away.

How Credits Work
1 SMS = 1 Credit: Each SMS costs 1 credit per recipient. A longer message is split into several SMS (up to 10), and each part costs 1 credit. As you type, the composer shows the character count, how many SMS it is, and how many credits the send will use.
Flexible Packages: You can purchase credits as needed. Credits do not expire, so you can use them whenever you like.
Transparency: Your remaining credits are always visible in Church Settings → Subscription, under Add-ons.

Q: How do I check my remaining credits?
Go to Church Settings → Subscription. Under Add-ons, the SMS card shows how many credits you have left.

Q: What happens when I run out of credits?
If you exhaust your credits, you’ll need to purchase more to continue sending messages. Without sufficient credits, SMS functionality will be temporarily disabled.

No, your purchased credits remain available until you use them.
Q: How do I activate my SMS account?
To activate SMS, you’ll need to pay a one-time activation fee of $30 and subscribe to our SMS plan for $5 per month. Once activated, you’ll receive 100 additional SMS credits as a welcome gift.
