How to Activate the Custom Domain Add-on

Step 1: Open Church Settings

  1. Log in to Gracely as an administrator

  2. Go to Church Settings

  3. Open the Custom Domain tab

Step 2: Subscribe to the Custom Domain add-on

  1. Click Subscribe to Custom Domain

  2. Confirm your subscription

Once subscribed, you’ll be able to connect your domain immediately.

Step 3: Enter your domain

In the Domain Configuration section:

  1. Enter your portal domain
    Example: mychurchdomain.com

  2. Click Connect Domain

Tip: You can use a root domain (mychurchdomain.com) or a subdomain (portal.mychurchdomain.com).

What happens next?

After connecting the domain, Gracely will show:

  • A “DNS verification pending” message

  • The exact DNS records you must add
