Sync your giving records and accounting data from Gracely directly into QuickBooks — no spreadsheets needed.

What You’ll Be Able to Do

With the QuickBooks integration, your church will be able to:

  • Automatically sync contributions
    Send donation records from Gracely to QuickBooks in real-time or in batches.

  • Keep your books up to date
    Each gift will be matched to the correct account or class in QuickBooks, reducing manual entry and errors.

  • Track funds and categories
    Sync Gracely funds with QuickBooks chart of accounts for clean financial reporting.

  • Prepare for audits and reporting
    Maintain detailed records of every transaction with full traceability across both systems.

How It Will Work

  1. Go to Church Settings > Integrations

  2. Click Connect QuickBooks

  3. Log in with your QuickBooks Online credentials and authorize the connection

  4. Map your Gracely funds and fields to your QuickBooks accounts

  5. Choose sync frequency (daily, weekly, or manual)

  6. Done — donations start flowing into QuickBooks automatically!
